Ed Walker

Head of Sales

Ed has many years of experience at a senior level in sales and operations across several industries including hospitality, security and FM. Ed joined Lita Group Facilities Management in October 2019 with the brief to enhance profitability and deliver continual improvement to an already revered service regime. To achieve this Ed utilises his outstanding leadership credentials combined with holding customer focus at his core.


Danny Peat

General Manager

Having working his way up to General Manager, Danny is responsible for overseeing the running of Lita Group Facilities Management’s operations. Danny works to build strong client relationships and views contracts as a true partnership. With over 12 years’ experience, Danny prides himself on meeting client expectations and manages his team to ensure continual delivery of high service standards. Danny works closely with Nick and the wider sales team to ensure a seamless transfer of knowledge from tender through to operational delivery. Danny also works hard to develop a thorough commercial picture of all our contracts to ensure we are delivering best value at all times.


Debbie Randall

Operations Manager, South

Debbie started in Lita Group Facilities Management as a sales consultant and has progressed to Operations Manager, South in the 13 years that she has been with the business. Debbie’s positive attitude works to create a positive working environment, where she always leading from the front so that her team’s follow her expectations . This hands on approach ensures standards are achieved and deadlines met. A fantastic client and internal communicator, Debbie leaves no stone unturned in her approach for excellence and continual improvement. Managing across high footfall and complex environments, Debbie’s ability to deliver under pressure whilst meeting the client’s potentially ever changing aims, delivers a high quality output at all times.


Matthew Smith

Operations Manager, North West

Matthew’s ethos is built on a combination of operational planning and personnel management experience; coupled with a strong work ethic, disciplined attitude and personal appetite for success. This approach allows Matthew to deliver both company and client goals in a seamless fashion. Matthew continues to develop new and existing workstreams through innovation and group ideas, enabling leading technologies and products to be utilised to improve operational efficiencies in contract.


Matt Ireland

Facilities Manager

Matt has successfully operated in the FM sector for over 15 years. Taking on various roles from Soft services manager to Senior facilities manager, Matt has worked on various portfolios of prestigious clients  nationwide. Matt’s approach is based on having active communication and building lasting relationships with clients. With a positive and “can do attitude” in striving to achieve targets for our stakeholders, working with Matt is a consistent pleasure and benefit.


Chris Holder

HR Director

An accomplished HR Director, Chris has been instrumental in developing key personnel strategies that enable Lita Group Facilities Management to be seen as an employer of choice, a true developer of talent and ultimately deliver operational excellence. Having worked for Lita Group Facilities Management for over 20 years, Chris provides support and strategic guidance to the business and clients, ensuring that we deliver a high standard of service through a high quality of person.


Nadine Sharpe

Finance Director

Nadine moved to Lita Group Facilities Management in 1995 from an accounting practice background. She now heads up a dedicated team, all of whom are experienced finance professionals from within the FM sector. Nadine maintains strong relationships with all stakeholder in the business, along with clients, to provide transparent reporting and active commercial governance of contracts.


Karl Bell


Karl has worked for Lita Group Facilities Management for over 35 years. Having held various FM roles within the business, including directorships for over 10 years, Karl’s vast knowledge and experience is invaluable in assisting and mentoring our teams. Karl now focuses his time and efforts on strategic management, support and guidance for our largest FM account adding value and ensuring exceptional service delivery.


Sally Evans

Health and Safety Officer

Sally is a pragmatic Health and Safety Professional with over 30 years’ service and experience. Sally specialises in interpreting safety legislation and putting this into practice to ensure compliance at the highest level across all of our contracts. Sally ensures that our clients sites receive the highest level of attention, including regular audits and enforcement of good safety behaviours.
